Eeep, I went over 40! LMAO , that's the point. This is my take on the "Big Beater" Deck featured on Metagame not long ago. It basically focused on Special Summoning Monsters via Reasoning and Monster Gate. The Special Summoned Monsters would then eother be Morphed or just used as a big beater. My Deck's main beaters are the Machine Dragons, the perfect beaters, because of the deadly Power Bond , which can be used on Blowback and Barrel, and of course the Cyber Dragon family. On top of that, there's Limitere Removal which makes the deck more devastating. Fusilier can be morphed into Last Warrior for field control, and a Token can be morphed into TER.
Any suggestions on how to make this deck better? rants? comments? advice? Anything would be appreciated and I would gladly rate and fix those who do the same for me
-2 enemy controller
+2 reasoning (i dont see why yur running only one of these, when its faster then monster gate)
-2 spell reproduction (i dont think they ar really needeD)
+2 nobleman of crossout (just because f/d monsters ar pretty much very dangerous)
-lighting vortex (yu shouldnt need to use this with the heavy hitters in the deck)
+deliquent duo (1 for 2, just play advantage right there)
really all i can think of at the moment hope it helps
zer_kirby: Hey thanks for the tips, I'll try them out...Actually Lightning Vortex helps a lot in Field clearing and in discarding unneeded Tribute Monsters in my hand. Reasoning Im a little scared of using for fear of discarding useful Spells. Spell Reproduction helps recycle spells, but it really is a drag, so I'll playtest ur Nobleman suggestion. I've never really been a big fan of Duo though, sorry ^_^
Sorry for bumping, but i need more tips, tricks, strategies, and comments...CMon, woldnt U guys rather fix and rate an ORIGINAL idea rather than some *yawn* Tsukuyomi Deck or a Chaos Deck? Any rates and fixes will be returned by the way...
The Reason for this is so you will have more of a chance of summoning your high level monsters. Granted you might get hit with the negetavie effects of this but it's better then ending up with just a few of your non special summon effect monsters in your hand and no way to get them out.
Ladiesguy: Thanks for the tip...If U want me 2 rate/fix ur Deck, post ur link ^_^
I was also thinking of throwing in the XYZ pieces...Is that a good idea?
I was also wondering if Gatling Dragon's Effect is mandatory: For example, I flip 3 heads, Do I have to destroy 3 Monsters?
The best combination I always get is Gatling Dragon in this Deck...Should I take out the Cybers? Then again they were the inspiration for this Deck.
Are the 3 Power Bonds too much?
I was also wondering if anybody knew any other good heavy hitter Machines...Sadly, as much as I want to throw in my Antique Gear Golem he just plain sucks with his "This card cannot be Special Sumoned" condition.
I would say that you could cut the Barrel Dragon for some Mech Chasers. With Reasoning, you can go wrong since you have two. Garauntees a summon evertime.... JMO though
TheDragonKing89: I really think that would destroy the synergy within the Deck's uses of Power Bond if I cut off Barrel Dragon. I may test out at least 2 Mech Chasers, but Im not gonna take out Barrel. Mech Chasers can' really abuse Power Bond, and nothing is better than clearing my opponent's Field with Giant Trunade and Power Bonding a Gatling Dragon at 5000+ ATK and clearing out his/her Field using its Effect.
