With the New Ban List announced (All tough it may not be the official one), different decks will have a chance to become "tournament worthy", however I still think that BLS-EOTE will just be replaced with Chaos Sorceror. One type of deck will be comming out of the shadows. That will be decks based around Horus the Black Flame Dragon. People might be thinking about Phoenix variations, Zombies, Warrior, Beastdown, Aggro, etc. but spell negating effects will give top advantage to players. Horus will dominate the field against a metagame filled with powerful spells like Dark Hole and Lightning Vortex. By Royal Decree not being limited and most people running two of these in this type of deck, it has made Horus unfearful of Spells AND Traps. But the biggets thing keeping the great Horus in the shadows was the Great BLS, and since his days of terror are finally over, Horus can finally aquire its rightful crown. It is a great fealing to know that a theme deck will possibly acquire a spot in tournament enviroments.

I have some what anticipated that Horus would have probably be usable in this new advance format, and I think I am begininng to agree with myself: here is my new ban list-updated, Horus deck:

My body as a shield is just great in this deck and i got book of moon expecially for my flip effect monsters and against Chaos Sorceror. Any fixes or comments are apreciated.

Yeah, forgot about Book of Moon. I think I have to many tributes to put Jinzo, and besides, im running 2 decrees, i dont think i need more stuff to negate traps.

Then just drop 1 lv 8 for a 41 card deck.
