This is my machine deck with a twist as it's all dark monsters. So I take advantage of that with strike ninja and mystic tomato. I'm also proud of the awesome tech: d.d. scout plane,windstorm of etaqua, fusilier dragon the dual mode beast, big bang shot,cannon soldier and giant trunade.

thats what gets me also, anywho....idk which is the original deck any more, but they both look pretty good, but for machine decks i usually prefer just jinzo and blowback dragon, but if ur lil heart wishes for about 5 tributes.... go right a head....

well I really really like big core. Big core just is'nt run in machines decks as the giant he is because the cost is'nt efficient with strike ninja/d.d. scout plane the cost becomes irrelevant. I learned that a stirike ninja deck is alot like a soul controll deck. The monsters that it tribute summons should give more than just good attack.

discarding might seem horrible in the new format but dark core seems like not only will it manipulate the field (remove a monster!) but it primarily will dump a d.d. scout plane into the graveyard without discarding

the tribute monsters explained:

dark magician of chaos-tribute 2 scout planes (free off strike ninja) and replaced in hand by a spell. godly to say the least

Jinzo- trap negation means a open attack with or without heavy storm and trunade.

blowback dragon- free raigeki break every turn with a little luck.

big core- indestructible through 4 battles. sacred phoenix of neraphys won't be hitting this thing to easily.

cannon soldier- not really a tribute monster but a monster that uses tributes in this deck I try to remove him from play and then when I do a massive return from the different dimension killstorm. he's one that I bring back so that after everyone attacks for damage he can tribute everything for a potential extra 2500 game winning damage.

can also tribute off scout planes for 1000 in the mid game. and can do the last remaining damage in the end game.

as for dekoichi I was actually thinking that he's a fair replacement for graceful charity. after all she only gives a you 1 card anyway. but dekoichi does'nt give you any choices.

but I can add as many cannon soldiers as you'd like but I'm not sure if I can draw into what I need for this combo to go off.

That's right I forgot about dark catapaulter. It probably will work well after I establish a lockdown with a big monster.

I'll drop the dekoichi for dark catapaulter. since he removes my monsters from play for me should give me card advantage with all the m/t destruction.

i dont like the cyber jar in the deck try 2 cannon soilder hes much better.

wow...In playtesting I noticed something about Big Core everyone should learn:
he only loses counters If he battles with a monster. If you can clear the way big core can attack directly for free. no counter removal just 2300 damage.

no one has ever brought this up.

I'm testing a few things out in this deck...and I'm hearing that the ban list may or may not limit limiter. so i've been paying this with the current format.

But I pulled deck devestation virus from my 2005 tin and think it has a place in this deck.

to at least sidedeck some heavy mech support platform. union not even for the point gain, but for the indestructable armor (for 1 use).
nice deck- i'd say 8/10.

well If I do put mechs in the side deck (don't worry I probably will) I'll probably have to swap them out with the strike ninjas for conversions to something else.
