I made some changes in order to capitalize on the Dragon/Burn theme and get at those Inferno Fire Blasts faster and do more direct damage. My changes are below...

Not to bad. I understand the reasoning behind the Apprentice Magician's but I don't see the need. I would think you could be better served with something else. It appears as though your not actually looking to attack with REBD (unless of course the opportunity arises) but more to stall and burn. Have you considered Different Dimension Dragon? He is more resilient than Twin-Headed Behemoth, can be brought out with Masked Dragon, below Bottomless Trap Hole, and can't be killed by Dark Hole, Torrential Tribute, Fissure, or any other spell/trap that doesn't target. A big plus with the upcoming ban list. Also, The Dragon Dwelling in the Cave is a good stall dragon. He can be brought to the field with Masked Dragon (2000 def) in defense position and again, below Bottomless Trap Hole. Both of those monsters are dragons, increasing your dragon count which will help your Stamping Destructions. I know how bad it sucks to be holding a Stamping Destruction and not being able to use it because you don't have a dragon on the field.

Another monster that puzzles me is Night Assailant. Again, I understand the logic but you the only ways you have to discard him are by Morphing Jar, waiting until you have more than 6 cards in hand, or relying on an effect from your opponent. Not sure about a replacement here but maybe another The Dragon Dwelling in the Cave or even a Grey Wing. Grey Wing is another dragon that is below Bottomless Trap Hole and would be compatible with your GB, MoP and LLAB.

Another card to be considered for this deck would be Dragon's Gunfire. It has a bit of burn so it fits the theme and can kill a monster (pending defense value of 800 or less).

Thanks a TON for your insight. I've already discovered I could do with a piece removal (so at least I've got an answer to Horus LV8 or other huge monster). I just happen to have a D.D. Dragon (didn't think I'd ever use him tho, so now I'm excited to try him out!), and I'll also try out a few Solar Flare Dragons for some additional stall/burn. I can see the Dragon's Gunfire coming in handy, so I'll give them a go. I gave it some thought, and realized that I'm highly vulnerable to Nobleman of Crossout. At one whack, I could loose all my MoFs, which could fatally slow my access to my Inferno Fire Blasts. I ditched the Book of Moon and put Cursed Seal of the Forbidden Spell in its place to deal with those pesky Noblemen. Thanks very much! Now my deck will look like this:
