ok first of all you have too many toons. get rid of toon blue eyes and the mermaids
cut it down to 2 summones skulls and put in a toon cannon soldier. then add sangan and 2 magicians of faith also maybe tribe and dd warrior lady. as for your spells only use 1 giant trunade and 1 enemy controller but throw in a snatch steal
also u can use toon tabel to get out toon world also so only use 2 of toon world.
you traps are ok xcept for toon defense and mirror force is getting banned so i would use a couple of sakarutsu armor.
also 2 bottomless is enough i would use wabaku. oh yeah and get rid of scapegoat too many people are running with air knight and enraged battle ox
spell economics is good for a toon deck cuz it keeps u from having to pay for toon world or my body as a shield which is another card id recommend.
