If your going for that cyber dragon rush, go for the vampire lords too. Just go for cyber zombie rush lol. Looks ok though. lose a decree and one sakuretsu for two dust tornados. You might want a metamorphosis since you have so many cyber dragons, so you can get out a dark balter or something.

in therory it looks great but i think that limiter , most times will become a dead draw , possibly finding room for a few more machines would make it just that much more solid, something like

+drillroid
+dekoichi x2

-ninja grandmaster
-spirit reaper x2

although spirit reaper rules in the new format so i dunno, also maybe finding room for steamroid he rapes vampire lord and cyber dragon :)
