as for your traps is 3 decrees necessary ? i personally would drop 1 for a magic cylinder or ceasefire or even another controller, gotta love em quick plays.

Here is my suggestion

- Cyber Dragon
+ Don Zaloog ( This should be abused in the new format)

- Creature Swap
+ Enemy Controller

- Royal Decree (3 is too much)
+ Ceasefire/Magic Cylinder

These 3 changes should help you out a lot......

But don is weak and I will most likel sidedeck it depending on the deck im playing
with heavy enemy you lose more than you gain 1 is good for now

Yo! I've been in your shoes many times. i hate that. so, because i love phoenix decks-i'll rate it (plus i hate to see someone in need who needs a deck rate and doesn't seem to get that much-needed help)
Take out:
-Royale decree
-cyber dragon
-Limiter
-creature swap
add in:
+RotA
+hand of nephtys
+BTH(2)

your monsters will seem to be weak from the get-go so the bth's will help to protect them. Also on a side note; i suggest you add in 1 or 2 dimension fusions to allow you to bring back the pheonix when he gets removed by bottomless, soul-release, ect.(and believe me, that's everybody's fav. remove tactic for pheonix and v-lord.)

yeah I will take out a decree and limiter but creature swap is good for this format. But I fixed it to what you 2 suggested and what I like THANK YOU
