This deck was inspired by my daughter, who obviously likes the cards based on the pictures of the pretty girls. It plays pretty decent but maybe it can be better. If you have any suggestions please keep them oriented to the theme of the deck.

Well, I'd take out 1 Dark Magician, as not only are they bad topdecks, but they aren't female. ;) I want to take out the Soul Exchange for a Change of Heart, but right now, you'd have to settle for Brain Control. I like where you're going with the Magician's Circle -> Dark Magician Girl -> Sage's Stone combo, but I'd advocate dropping a Magic Jammer for another Circle. Discard sucks, and you could use the swarm. Cost Down should go as well, because again, discard = bad. I'd recommend either Smashing Ground, or if you can't get that, Fissure for monster removal.
Take out the Mask of Darkness for Swords of Revealing Light, because you have no way to stop aggro. I like the DDV in the deck, as you have enough targets for it. Something you might want to try is Different Dimension Capsule, as it can pull out bad topdecks as a bluff, or pull out good cards when you need them.
Since you don't run Royal Decree, you should run 3 Dust Tornados, as it allows you to not have to morry about stuff like LLAB, Gravity Bind, or any sort of stall. Book of Moon allows you to have some sort of defensive counter-magic, just in case someone tries to Lightning Vortex you. And finally, Snatch Steal should definitely be in this deck, as you run a higher number of Tributes than normal, and offering your opponent's monsters is more advantageous, especially when you flip them up with Swords.
If I were you, I'd try to get one or two sets of Silent Magicians and throw in a Level Up! because Levelling the Silent Magician normally is a pain. Silent Magician is also some good, as it's a 3500 attacking Spellcaster that's unaffected by your opponents magics and traps, like Book of Moon, Brain Control, Swords, Level Limit, Dark Hole...
Summary
-1 Dark Magician
-1 Mask of Darkness
-1 Soul Exchange
-1 Cost Down
-1 Adhesion Trap Hole
-1 Magic Jammer
-1 Soul Resurrection
-1 The Spell Absorbing Life
+1 Brain Control
+1 Magician's Circle
+1 Smashing Ground/Fissure
+1 Swords of Revealing Light
+1 Different Dimension Capsule?/Dust Tornado
+1 Dust Tornado
+1 Book of Moon
+1 Snatch Steal
Well an intresting deck indeed. Your daughter has good taste in the pretty girls lol but there are some new magician supports to make this deck more powerful than it already is.
Id suggest looking into magical dimension, spell absorption, nightmare steel cage and magical blast. Their all amazingly helpful magician summon and burn cards.
Even though you need the DMs and DMGs 3 is too much for each of them. 7/22 monsters in a deck is alot of tributes and theres a high chance that you would end up with one of them in your opening hand. Dark Elf only for tribute foddor or to block your opponent from attacking. Mask of Darkness is not needed in this meta as there are a lot of jinzos, royal decrees, and other S/T removal out there to negate or destroy your traps. Magic Jammer is a pure drag in this deck. Even though it can negate a spell its a 2-1 tradeoff and i dont think you would like discarding from the hand. D.D. Warrior Lady is good but this deck has enough removals with the magical dimensions and the swarming that it gets. With magic cylinder, you have to wait until your opponent attacks and most of the time it gets either removed from the field before that or your opponent doesn't take enough damage for you to fininsh him off. Also keep in mind that its a trap card so its vulnerable to jinzo and such.
And the reason you should add in those cards...
Apprentice Magicians let you maintain field presence and thin your deck. That way its easier for you to draw the cards you want. Also with its spell counter effect, breaker would no longer be just sitting on the field with its 1600 ATK. Old Vindictive Magicians and Magician of Faiths are good combos with Apprentice Magician. Old Vindictive Magician destroys one monster when flipped and thats a +1 and even if it gets destroyed its a 1-1 tradeoff. With 22 monsters in your deck Pot of Avarice would do wonders for you. It lets you reuse flip effects like Magician of Faith and Old Vindictive Magician. Combo it with 2 Apprentice Magicians, 2 Magician of Faiths and any card in your graveyard and it would give you a reuseable Pot of Avarice for turns to come! Magic Drain is added in to replace Magic Jammer. Even though Magic Jammer negates the spell card 100% of the time, Magic Drain forces your opponent to discard one of their spell cards that they might be planning to use on you next. So while Magic Jammer, with a discard from your hand, negates your opponents spell for sure(2-1), Magic Drain either negates your opponent's spell(1-1), or it forces your opponent to discard one valuable spell card(1-2) meaning that you would have one less threat to worry about and it also depletes your opponent's hand by 1.
These are all great cards that benefit from each other and also have synergy. None of my additions are really CC so it wouldn't conform in anyway lol.
My DM deck has 2 DMs, 1 DMG, and a lot of spells (17), and it worked out pretty well although adding in a third magical dimension wouldnt hurt either.
overall 8.9/10 (too much tributes)
but its a really nice deck and a nice pick of taste for your daughter lol.
The Spy's are neat spellcaster and can help with Fodder. Spear soldier is good spell caster trampler. Magician Circle helps get Dark Magician Girl faster, and Apprentice Magician can help you retain field presence as well as give counters to Breaker, AND ummm it's a spellcaster.
