The mistake was taking my eyes off it for five minuits during my local tourny during which time it got stolen, so I've decided that befor I try getting all the cards to rebuild it I'll stick it up here and get some tips.
The A is an impersonal pronoun I used to give the title a little extra jazz.
The reborn is to signifies that I have reconstructed the deck, and have infact been running it for about a month. And its been doing very very well, but I’m still not 100% satisfied,
Necrovalley X3
Terraforming X2
Mystical Space Typhoon X1
Dark Hole X1
Nobleman of Crossout X1
Snatch Steal X1
Heavy Storm X2
Card Destruction X1
Nobleman of Extermination X2
Torrental Tribute X1
Dust Tornado X1
Sakuretsu Armor X1
Bottomless Trap Hole X1
Right of Spirit X3
Tributes: 2 Mobuis and 2 Cyber-Dragon have been working great for me, the Mobius are ALLWAYS sommonable since gravekeepers give me so many ways to gain and maintain field presence, Im not a mega cyber dragon fan, but I tested to deck extensively with and without them and with is better. All of my tribute monsters are basicly free, Mouius pays for himself with S/T destruction, Cyber draogns are free and Cheif can jsut bring back another gravekepper.
Monsters: Fairly standerd line up, spirit reapers are to help maintin yet MORE feild preasance, origionally I used to creature spap them accros and trample them but I've abandoned this. Spear soldier is the least versatile of the Gravekeepers so im only running two.
Spells: The only major surprise would be the two nobleman of crossout, origionally just a little tech I tryed out, but has become a critical part of the deck, with me needing to attack alot to utilise my monsters effects (Spear Soldire, Assilant, Magic Circle) and with saks being run in threes all over the place wipeing them all out of the game is fantastic, I even occasionally nuke my own.
Traps: Magic Circle actually got dropped since I have more than enough swarm already, Bottomless and sak are run one each to avoid taking much damage from my own noblemans.
That’s about it. All ratings will of course be returned, All tips will quite possibly be ignored, this deck is like my child, and if someone told you to die your kits hair pink you'd cross them off you list of people to invite for dinner, but I'd still love your oppinions. (Actually I retract taht last bit, you people were very helpful in the reconstruction of this deck, and I made a coupld of your changes)
Hmmm, I can see how these might work, Confiscation might go for abit of monster removal.
I didn't realy like the magicians circles and certainly wouldn't choose one over right of spirit, RoS is easyer to activate and much more versetile.
Personally, I'm not liking the idea of the Spirit Reapers being in the deck especially since you have the Gravekeeper's Assailant's in there. If your opponent manages to take control of 1 of the Assailant and you have a Reaper face up, you're in trouble....Not only will you lose the Reaper, but the Assailant will be able to attack again because of the number of monsters changing in the Battle Phase...
Now then, there are some changes that I can suggest but like you said, this is YOUR deck:
DROP
2 x Spirit Reaper
2 x Gravekeeper's Guard
1 x Cyber Dragon
1 x Mobius the Frost Monarch
3 x Mystic Tomato
1 x Sangan
1 x Gravekeeper's Spear Soldier
1 x Smashing Ground
These additions maintain the power & speed that your deck has as well as additional search abilities. The 2nd Smashing Ground was placed in to gain or keep field presence instead of using an attack to do so...
I see your point, the reapers are an aftermarth form the old deck that used to focus quite alot on creature swaping them accross and then abusing my gravekeepers effects, I might try tomatos instead, they would help me maintain even more godly feild preasance.
Two smashing is enough, I need feild preasance less since I have so many ways of generating my own. Guard helps me take away from my opponants feild preasance.
I'll try to tomatos once I get the deck back up and see how they run.
drop
Gravekeeper's Guard X3
Spirit Reaper X2
Confiscation X1
Nobleman of Extermination X2
add
last will x2 (with all your tributes this is an easy way to get more gravekeepers out)
mystic tomato x2 (great searcher for this deck)
sangan (another great searcher)
gravekeeper's cannonholder (fire off your gravekeeper's to end the game)
smashing ground x2 (monster removal)
I seem to be the president of this guy's fan club, but have you thought about Grave Protector. I think he can really shine in GK decks. Any monster destroyed in battle gets shuffled back into the deck instead of going to the GY. Your only searchers are GK Spy and GK Chief. Neither depends on activating in the GY, unlike the searchers your opponent is probably playing. So GP keeps recycling both you and your opponents monsters destroyed in battle, but your specialized searchers will still be doing their job and bringing friends out to play. In the meantime, your opponents Mystic Tomato or Giant Rat becomes a 1400ATK monster that just goes back to the deck and loses field advantage every time. Plus, your monsters that have been sent to the GY by other means will still be revived through Rite of Spirit, while Necrovalley shuts down your opponents Premature and CotH.
I'd suggest dropping the Sakuretsu Armors and the Bottomless Trap Hole.
If you substitute them with a copy of Widespread Ruin and a Trap Hole or other form of monster removal then you wouldn't have to worry about hitting your own traps.
Maybe two copies of Curse of Anubis instead. It's chainable, it hits 99% of all used monsters and since the majority of monsters used now-a-days have low defense anyways it could easily be an alternative.
It beats Mobius, Phoenix and other high-end attack monsters by virtue of forcing them into defense position and keeping them there. Since it modifies attack and defense it can even be used during the damage step in response to something like Rush Recklessly or Blast With Chain.
Maybe Magical Dimension since it could allow you to special summon a monster and kill a monster DURING YOUR BATTLE PHASE. It can also be used to counter Sakuretsu Armor and Bottomless Trap Hole, after a fashion. You simply tribute the monster that would get destroyed with a Magical Dimension from your hand and drop another Gravekeeper into play.
Please take a look at the deck entitled 'Can't Stop a Bullet!' n my sig.
last will: Dont like them in the deck, I ran them for a while and even with 5 tributes thare still dead weight as well as being bad topdecks.
mystic tomato: Considering it
sangan: Why the hell is it not in thare allready?
gravekeeper's cannonholder: Too situational, bad feild management and since I'm sciping on the last wills deffenatly not getting a spot, mabie a side for if I go up against stall.
smashing ground: I have one right now and that suits me, gravekeepers kill virtually everything in todays game even without necrovally so I dont have to worry aobut feild preasance so much.
Grave Protector: Hmmm, I can see your logic, I might try it out casually once im back up running and see how it works.
Curse of Anubis: Since im only going with two spearsoldiers I think I'll pass
