Reload and Self Destruct Button are staples of this archtype. They need to stay in.

I can understand the Reloads because he has no Thunder Dragons for major thinning and Reload goodness, but Gravity Bind and Level Limit? No, don't take them out, ever. Nor the Self-destructs, keep them for that 'Oh poo I'm going to lose, oh no I'm not! DRAW WOO' that annoys all other players.

Thunders are great Reload and Card Destruction fillers.
