hmm, cyber dragon isnt the best because with your mystic tomatos, odds are you will have monsters on your field ALOT so you cant take control of the cybers effects very well. maybe try giant kazaky( 2500 attack sounds nice to me :D) and maybe use just one a cat of ill omen so you can get that skill drain even FASTER.

also, i would take out the heavy and add in another trunade( that way your FAO, and skill drain wont be destroyed) and i would take out the confiscation( i ran it in mine, it just took too many life points at the wrong times) and the rota, and add in two wave-motion cannons( THESE ARE A MUST! with these on the field, your opponent wont know what to destroy with breaker, MST, and others, AND you can just leave your attackers on the field to void your opponent and just wait for WMC to build up and DESTROY!)

you should listen to oblivion, he knows what he's talking about. The deck looks pretty good, i would just put a bunch of creatures like Giant Orc,GAF,etc. Just beat face, ya know?

Wouldn't Goblin Attack Force be better than Lei Lei? Lei lei is a beast warrior, and GAF is a warrior, allowing Reinforcements of the Army to work. And what about that armor EXE card? Doesn't it have 2400 attack? If skill drain negates it's effect, it might be useful. Just think about it. Can you check out the deck in my sig? Thanks.

8.5/10, I assume your decision monster-wise is to give yourself monsters that are useful even when you don't have your Skill Drain out? Brain Control over Enemy Controller, take out the Reinforcement unless you want to change those Goblin Threeleet Attack Force or Indomitable Fighter Lei Lei into a good old-fashioned Goblin Attack Force. I'd take out one Cyber Dragon (It's good, yeah, but it's not so great as a lot of other things) and the Threeleet goblins in favor of three GAF. I'm not so sure about the tomatoes, either, since they can only search out themselves or a Newdist. I'd lose them in favor of the Wave Motion Cannon.
