need some answers about this card here are the scenarios.
Magical Dimension Vs. Monster removal: I play Lightning Vortex/Torrential/Smashing Ground on DMOC. My opponent activates MD and summons White magical hat. is WMH destroyed?
Step 1 opponent would special summon a Spell caster by Magical Dimension
Step 2 your removal would remove it provided the timing is right(In the case of some of the trap removal possibly missing its timing.)
None of the cards you listed target, so their effects won't disappear if a particular monster is removed from the field. In each of those scenarios, White Magical Hat is doomed. (assuming WMH is the only one on the field when Smashing Ground is played)
I can't think of any exceptions to that rule. (I was thinking of Bottomless Trap Hole, but that selects all applicable monsters at activation.)
If you Summon a monster like Skilled Dark Magician and the opponent activates
Bottomless Trap Hole, you can chain Magical Dimension to Tribute Skilled
Dark Magician and Special Summon another Spellcaster from your hand. This new
Spellcaster will NOT be destroyed by Bottomless Trap Hole.

In your particular scenario White Magical Hat WILL be destroyed by any of the previous cards mentioned (careful about Smashing Ground of course, if there is another monster with a higher defense on the field, then WMH won't be destroyed).

If you're to chain Dimension Magic to Lightning Vortex/Torrential Tribute/Smashing Ground, then the new Spellcaster will be destroyed as the chain resolves. (in the case of Smashing Ground, if it has the highest DEF).

1) It's Magical Dimension, not Dimension Magic.
2) Why post just to repeat what was already said by 4 other people other than to feed your ego?
3) To clarify what was previously referenced, the reason Bottomless Trap Hole or Trap Hole would result differently than, say, Lightning Vortex is because Bottomless Trap Hole can ONLY destroy the monster that was summoned and resulted in its being activated in the first place. If a monster is summoned in mid-chain after Bottomless is activated and before it resolves, Bottomless cannot affect that monster.

Thanks Jeff but the first 2 comments were not needed. try to keep it civil please. I'd like to think that the other comments are made to clear up anything that seemed esoteric when first said, like what you did with Bottomless, cause the first guy who responded just confused the crap out of me.
All comments were necessary. The first comment was necessary to avoid confusion for newer players who might not know that Japanese cards have different names than American cards, and HDI always refers to the Japanese names when he/she is in the UDE forums because he/she thinks they sound prettier, with no regard for whether other people actually understand what card he/she is talking about. The second comment was necessary to avoid spam, as HDI seems to think that no topic is complete until he/she makes a post, regardless of whether the question has been already been answered or not.
I apologize if I confused you. I was just trying to answer the general question without going into all the long-winded explanations of each monster removal scenarios. But I hope the other people helped you out.

Gee..and what do you call this??? All you did was the same thing in the end as well.
I call it making a point. Posting the answer again after people have already answered and using the Japanese translated names makes you not only look like a spammer but also a Japanese fanboy wannabe.
Instead of re-posting in threads already answered, post in threads that have NOT been answered.
And how is this popping up all of a sudden when it's been done tons of times already in the past. Why not talk to others who have done the same thing and just me??? =\
