I'd add the second DDV to your side deck. It breaks quite a few players.
Nine tribute/ sp summon monsters... That's quite a bit. I'd personally swap a Brain Control for a Soul Exchange. Brain Control costs lifepoints to play. Against a deck like yours the only time when an opponent will have a face-up monster will be when they've got a monster stronger than your or when they are close to winning.
Soul Exchange hits face-down monsters as well. Since you're using one Nobleman of Crossout more face-down kill may be a good idea.
Lowering your deck size may also be a good idea. The two Return From the Different Dimensions may be better placed in the side deck as you don't have much in the way of removal and they may be useful against players that like Kycoo the Ghost Destroyer.
You're light/Dark Ratio is a little off. Swapping one Magical Merchant or Magician of Faith for a Dekoichi would be a step towards fixing the ratio and it could result in your opponent crossing out his own Dekoichis.
Unless your meta is REALLY discard heavy I'd drop the random copy of Goldd and put it and another one in your side deck.
Two other monsters. I'm not sure what else... It'd be pretty hard to do it and keep the RFG component of the deck intact. Then again, deck size isn't too important of a factor. A bigger deck will actually increase your chance to win against things like mill.
