Ok before I post this deck lets go over the ground rules
1 I dont care how bad you think this deck is keep flames to yourself.
2 I only really post on decks that I like so dont post if you are looking for a rate fix.
3 I am really picky about cookie cutter cards so dont suggest them. the ones that I have in there took me a lot of time to place in there so make suggestion but dont be supprised if I dont take them quickly.

while I understand your fixes I completely disagree with them. Strike ninja in the same deck that you are running 2 chaos sorcerers is asking for trouble. scapegoat is a horrible card. I dont want to run any negative ones. Nobleman of crossout is not needed and can hurt me if I hit a magician of faith or magical merchant. I run dark world lightning they hit monsters as well. I am also against forty card decks so I will remain at the amount I am at. Three smashings works out well.
I cant see running morphing jar for two simple reasons. first it helps the opponent when I have them top decking. at least card destruction doesnt give them any extra cards. also treeborn frog was a thought but when I tried him out he just wasnt needed. I know that I have a lot of tributes 6 that I am going to tribute but most of the time I have a way to discard them. so it really isnt needed.
You're running DW, so Card Destruction and Morphing Jar don't give you hand-disadvantage but field-advantage. NoC is too good not to be played, even if you run DWL. Scapegoat is a great defense card at the moment and with the amount of death draw you're running it becomes even more important. I also think that you didn't really understood the difference between -1-cards and tech cards.
I actually understand the difference between a negative one and a tech card. in a sence a negative one card is a card that is played that brings you an effect that gets rid of 0 cards from the opponent and gives you zero cards in return while a tech card gives you an advantage of some sort in the right situation. Ceasefire wins games CED bounces a monster to save the one on the field. I am not a goat fan therefore it will never make the cut.
Now I like card destruction because it doesnt give my opponent more resources than they already have but morphing jar allows my opponent to have to many options. let me explain how this deck works to you because you just dont get it. you think you do but really you dont get it. this deck gains advantage by using cards like graceful and card destruction to force my opponent to overextend to rid me of my field. while my opponent is over extending they are harder pressed to actually win. now if I gave my opponent 5 new cards after they just wasted all or most of their hand to get rid of the advantage I gained on the field then in a sence I have done nothing even if I get five monsters on the field with morphing jar I still did nothing.
Nobleman of crossout is a good card unless it hits that magician of faith or merchant then it removes cards from play that I would rathter not remove. dark world lightning is a better card for me. also I am running deck dev. so basically noc is another dead draw. it doesnt do anything to a face up monster.
before you start spouting off at the mouth you really should concider your words for a second. Look at my deck. I am running giant turnade (tech) treasure map (tech) deck dev (tech) I mean really I dont think you understand how to play not only dark world decks but how to play this game period. you seem to be a netdecker just by the few comments you sent towards my deck.
while I see the reasons to have the cheerful coffins in the deck I just dont like over extending myself unless it is game. I was debating on using the forces of darkness in this deck though.
Ok here is a dark world deck I constructed for my friend....

This Dark World Deck is tier one/two and it works very well..If you don't like my then tried Robert Pace deck from SJC San Francisco
Thanks I dont really like brron that much. I might test out a copy but it doesnt present any advantage except mild swarm ability. it can give a good combo of hitting something weaker like mirage dragon then discarding goldd or sillva and swinging at their cyber dragon/chaos sorcerer and gaining field advantage.
once again I dont like morphing jar because it gives options back to the opponent. I would prefer my opponent to waste their resources on my dark world monsters (which in most cases have already paid for themselves) and leave them with nothing else.
I actually used two deck devs but I didnt like it as much because of the top decks. (two deck devs in an opening hand was a sure way to lose.
I am actually thinking about using Brron a bit now. I think I am going to try out one copy. I am also dropping gateway and saku for 2 compulsory evac devs. These actually help out a lot for two reasons.
OTK combos
first
My field brron CED. hand goldd dark world lightning mst. opponents field two face down cards. LP 4500/6400 I'm down
MSt the opponents card. dark world lightning the monster using goldd as the discard attack with goldd for 2300 lp. CED goldd back to the hand attack with brron discarding goldd atk with goldd game.

monsters: broww is not so great if you don't use morphing jar and I think it is a waste of space because of its low atk so i suggest you don't use it. Every other monsters looks good though.
spells: There is no need for gateway to dark world because chaos/darkworld is all swarming. If you take that away then you aren't using the strategy correctly. no offense. May having two smashing grounds is okay. The overuse of three is overrated.
traps: Deck. Dev. is a killer so I would suggest running two because of all your high dark monsters. Even if you get it too early in the game, you can always use card destruction or graceful charity. I mean, come on, this good pretty much opens the field for you to atk them. A great swarm advantage.
It looks good, but some draws you might have would become dead draws in the end.
Here's what I shouldve done...
-Goldd
-Sillva
+2 Brrons
The reason for this is because you want to start the swarm on this deck. Brron can make it so you can get that swarm out if your higher DW monsters are stuck in your hand.
-Pot of Avarice (not really a use unless its a recycle DW hybrid)
+Gateway to Dark World
Having 2 Gateway to Dark World is good because it causes a good defence and another good swarm when either Goldd, Brron or Sillva is sitting in your graveyard.
-Smashing Ground
+Deck Dev. Virus
Just like the previous poster said, Deck Devastation Virus is g0dly with DW decks and can really screw your opponent over in mid-game. Try running 2 of these to see the results.
Riderstien I agree with everything that you said. except that broww works really well with chaos and with card destruction. I can discard it to place a needed dark in my graveyard and go for the game.
I actually removed gateway and saku for two compulsories. I know that I should run two deck devs. but I cant really find what to remove for it. smashing grounds is in the deck for the monarchs really. I just dont have much of a way to kill them. I mean I hit my opponent once for a 6 to 2 advantage off of deck dev. then cringed when they drew zaborg destroying my sorcerer with the frog that bounced back for a tribute. I held the advantage and my opponent was able to still beat me because I couldnt draw anything to take care of it.
