Can you CALL of the HANTED or PREMATURE BURIAL a CHAOS SORCERER after you have all ready paid the price?

Yes you may, as long as the "Special Summon only" monster was properly summoned via the requirements on its text, the first time.

The only exception to this is if the special summon only monster, like Chaos Sorceror or Silpheed, ect was returned to the owner's hand/deck. Then it would have to pay the cost again to summon it from the hand.

ALSO, please dont forget to check for text that states: this card cannot be summoned except by...

since Call, Premature, ect are Special Summons, they cannot be used with those particular brand of monsters.

examples include Mazera Deville and Megarock Dragon, among others.

And, since this is YGO (a game of exceptions) there are certain exceptions to this rule. But the only ones for that so far are Level Up! and Level Modulation.

if a monster with a special summon requirement has already been properly summoned, then it can be special summoned from the graveyard (or removed from play zone) by effects that do that. so yes.

but if the monster has text along the lines of "cannot be special summoned except..." then it cannot be special summoned in any other way. except for cards that ingore special summon requirements. the only one that lets you special summon from grave is level modulation and you are still required to have properly summoned the monster already.

also keep in mind, that you cannot summon something like chaos sorceror from the graveyard by its own text. monsters with special summon requirements can only summon themselves from the hand unless otherwise specifically stated on the card. (and if a monster does state where it can be summoned from it cannot be summoned from the hand unless the hand is one of the stated locations)

No because your opponent would not have valid Monster zones.

Well, actually, you CAN chain one right after the other.

The problem is, though, is that once the second one activated resolves, 3 monster zones are now taken up, leaving only 2 left and Ojama Trio REQUIRES 3 open monster zones (note that it says "Special Summon 3" not "UP TO 3" like Scapegoat says 4 exactly), so the first Ojama Trio you activated will resolve without effect and not Special Summon any tokens.

Can you activate a Royal Decree and chain with Call of The Hunted and get the monster from Call of The Hunted?

Yes you can simple chaining events.

Can you special summoned Silent Swordsman LV7 from the graveyard with Call of The Hunted or premature burial, if it has been all ready been special summoned by Silent Swordsman LV5?
