Dose Poison Draw Frog's effect activate in the graveyard?, cuz me and another guy was talking about it yesterday, we were wandering if Skill Drain was on the feild when it was distroyed is it's effect still activated?.

Poison Draw Frog is a Graveyard Effect (but must be attacked while face-up). It also has the same timing as cards like Peten the Dark Clown.

Skill Drain will not affect the activation.

Poison Draw Frog's effect activates after it has been sent to the graveyard. It then checks to see the "state" it was in when it was sent to the graveyard (face up, not destroyed as a result of battle). As a result, Skill Drain will not be able to negate its effect.
