I think you should consider Dark Factory of Mass Production as a replacement for Back-Up Soldier just because it's less likely to be negated, but other than that I love the deck.

Fair enough, but that won't help you any if you draw it and Decree is already on the field.

I can see that you need a few key cards...

-1 Heart of the underdog
-Something Else x4

+Gravity Bind, LV Limit, Messenger of Peace, etc.
+Magical Hats
+3 Upstart Goblin

I don't know what else that you should take out, but I do know that you should have some stall, otherwise your opponent will overrun you.

I know that adding in cards that aren't monsters might conflict with Heart of the Underdog, but that's part of the reason why I took one out and swapped it with the stall card of your choice.

I think that adding in 3 Upstarts will give you lots of extra draw power. I'd consider adding in a Des Lakooda. I know he's not a normal monster card, and for that reason you may not want to include him in your deck. One upside to running Des Lakooda is that when combined with good stall cards he can give you an extra card every turn.

And finally, Magical Hats. I know from experience using an ojamagicalexodia deck that this is a card worth running. Have you thought of the combo yet? Well think a second and you'll get it.....

Magical Hats --> 2 Ojamagic = - 8 cards from your deck.

Now this combo will only work if you have at least one of each ojama in your deck. Because you're running 2x of each ojama you shouldn't ecounter not having each ojama too often, and if you do have a problem you can just search out a different card besides ojamagic

Okay, now to sum it all up for you:

-Add stall
-Add in more deck thinners: Upstart (optional), Magical Hats (Recommended)

Without fixes: 7/10
With fixes: 8/10
