there was a deck called the S-Bomb deck built here on yugi realms a while back but it looked like one of those decks that just got really bad hands,but this looks more consistent,alittle more competitive but try this instead

I can't put in messenger of peace since I'd have to pay life points for its effect to remain active. So I'll add in a second Nightmear's Stellcage.

This chainable trap is much better than Waboku.

Side deck Agent of Force - Mars as an alternative win condition if Saturn + IRS doesn't work out too well.

The only bright side to Threating Roar is that it stops all attacks. From DD Warrior Lady all the way to Mystic Swordsman LV2. But at that cost, if I have a flip effect monster I'll have to flip it in to attack which could mess my plans up if my oppoent is able to draw the respected m/t destruction cards.

All in all a five card combo... (Sanctuary, IRS, Celestial, Saturn, Meteor/other method of dealing 1000 damage) Luckily you don't need that last at the same time as the rest since you can just play it, but still, hard to get off. But I like the idea. It would certainly help if you could either find another reliable way to deal 1000 points of damage or gain 2000.

Another card that i would try is Wave Motion Cannon, with all of the stalling, this can work nicely

The deck doesn't need Wave Motion Cannon it needs more cards to enable it to hold out for more subsuquent turns.
