I have a question that I would like to elaborate on as soon as I get enough answers for this question. If I last remember, A flip summon is a special summon, correct?

A flip summon is not, and has never been, a Special Summon. Can you imagine the abuse of Sacred Crane + Tsukiyomi. Or Worse, DMoC + Tsukiyomi.

Nothing is ever a Special Summon unless it specifically says otherwise...don't know where someone would get an idea like that o_O;

Unless it's a Ritual Summon or a Fusion Summon :)

ok just making sure. I remember reading the rule book a while back and it said something to that effect. which means my next question is obsolete.you can close this down now.

Probably just saying how a Flip Summon isn't the same as a Normal Summon or something to that extent...I don't have any of my Starter Deck rulebooks anymore, lol
