Now, everyone here is familiar with Bruce Lee's Be Like Water philosophy... this book in the Book of Five Rings has nothing to do with that.
Go straight to the heart of the enemy. Your main purpose as a warrior is to defeat the enemy. Do not be side-tracked by the appearance of the enemy or yourself. Do not be concious of the particular technique you will use. This causes hesitation. If you understand this mentality, you will never be defeated.
What does the above quote have to do with the following Deck? Translated to YGO terms, the above quote means: You should build a deck that should never encounter a dead draw, so use it to the fullest.
This deck is based on the No-Dead-Draw principal, though it hasn't been tested yet. The theory is sound, though my deck might not be yet...

As with the other Book of Five Rings series... rate, comment, but I'd appreciate it if you don't try to fix it unless it fits the theme perfectly(Theme: No Dead Draw Theory). The basis of this deck is no card, at no point in the game, should ever be a dead draw. Will that always be the case? No. I'm not that good at getting good cards, so yeah.
This ends the Book of Water...
EDIT: Added Forced Requesition after thinking about it a bit...
i don't understand the no dead draw theory here... how can a Ritual Monster and Spell mean no dead draw... and there is too many discards killing your hand.. i do like some of the tech you chose though.
Let me know if you want some advice on this one, I guess I can't really say anything about it until it has been tested a little bit... I'll have to think for a little bit... to fit your theme and all.
because I can use them for other costs if it would be more efficient to do that than wait for the correct ritual spell/monster to show. That's the theory here... like I said, hasn't been tested yet.
I'd even consider some equips.. But, i'd go light on them...
lots and lots of bounce and removal would be hot. Now that I look again you do have cards that fit what i was thinking i just think they need more focusing. and more path clearing for double attackers and direct hitters.
Hayabusa is a remnant from the original idea(good card, though) I was planning to use him with Secret Pass to the Treasure, but with only one Secret Pass in my collection... I passed on that idea. Hayabusa though is a good card anyway, so I left him in instead of Kiseitai. Though now I think about it, Forced Requesition might not be bad in this deck(while I might deplete my hand, I can do the same to my opponent)
I've been attempting to get that card from my brother for a long time. He doesn't wanna trade it because it'd make him less able to fight this deck. But that's the one thing I'd love for this deck... Samsara
