Well there's nothing special about the deck, its just a regular Chaos Contorl, with 3 Rush Recklessly. If you really want to make a better deck try switching up which monsters you use.

1) knowledge of their resources. Through this, i can make choice that will serve cards more efficently.
2) Planning. Through the knowledge of his resources, I can plan ahead and guide the game as I please.
3) Destroying threats. By using pre-negators, I destroy the threats that I can't deal with, or the ones that will cause more damage me. Depending on card and situation, this could prove deadly to an opponent.
4) Destroys the following elements: Surprise, and Bluffing.

In response to quote one: please do not blame me for your own incompetence. I have given you enough information to enable you to think on your own to develop YOUR own thoughts and combinations for your deck. This enables you to make moves on your own instead of having someone else making them for you. The thoughts you put in to your deck the better it will be come, since no one will have the resources to stop what ever you come up with, along with that you would have made the next Cookie Cutter deck for the metagame.
In response to quote two: They have an old roman saying if every thing was the same it breeds in weakness. Just because every one else runs Type X doesn't mean you should run Type X as well what you should do is build a deck which is extremely good but is able to dominate over Type X, the referring back to response 1, "you would have made the next Cookie Cutter deck for the metagame."
In Response to quote three: That was a silly comment. Any deck that has a theme and proper support can be played at any level of the metagame. Where do you think Magical Explosion and Ghadi Pants came from? From two duelist who played those decks at a National and winning and yet losing some of their matches. Proving that the game doesn't have to be centered around Chaos Control.
In response to quote four: That was a pointless comment, its only powerful because the cards have not been restricted yet nor has the majority of the players of Yu-Gi-Oh decide to put forth their own though and build their "own" deck. They just mindlessly copy other duelist because of the simple fact that it won nationals. Funny thing was in 2004, the world tournament has hosted. None of the top 8 decks where Chaos Control. Only 2 of the Top 8 in Japan’s last national event where Chaos Control decks the rest where a multitude of other "interesting" decks.

At the risk of arguing he is somewhat right. You don't have to play Chaos to beat Chaos. The power of Chaos lies in its numbers. If everyone only plays Chaos, then it's 100% sure that a Chaos Deck will win. To beat Chaos you run a deck of equal calibur.
First of all, You have 19 monsters not 29.
Second of All:
- Rush Recklessly x3
+ Enemy Controller x2
+ Spirit Reaper x1
Nice Deck
9/10
Thanks for the fix.Deck Updated.
-1 Rush Recklessy
+1 Enemy Controller

Lastly, the deck somewhat good.
Btw, Hajime, thanks for quoting me.
Have you ever seen a Uria or a Dragon Deck winning the SJC .I Dont Think soo to win in Nats you have to run .Chaos or BeatDown I dint mean 100% Chaos you can run a Dark World Chaos deck or Gravekeeper Chaos Deck.Anyway.Thanks for checking my deck.

Hmm not true. A harpie deck won the South America Nationals, but that's south america. Anyhow, think about it. How many Dragon Decks enter SJC? If 90% of the decks were dragon decks, I would bet you 20$ a dragon deck would Top 8. That's why Chaos wins. If no one plays something different, then it has 100% chance of winning. Not to say Chaos is weak, but it's not unbeatable. It's merely at one edge of the Risk vs Rewards chart.

OMFG no.A Chaos Deck VS a Pure Dragon Deck who do you think would win(CHAOS)What I mean by Pure is only Dragon Monster. Example.no Breaker.Cyber Dragon.Sangan etc..Only Dragon Creature that a Dragon deck.A dragon Deck with Cyber Dragon Magician of faith or Breaker is only a BeatDown. Please read thsi Article by Jerome McHale http://www.metagame.com/yugioh.aspx?...ArticleId=6135
Its Chaos VS Dragon. The Guy that run the dragon deck dosent run a Pure Dragon Deck.he run Cyber Dragon.Cyber Stein.Treeborn Frog etc.. and he atill losing.
Please read this article. Every thing that you said made no sense. If you played a Pure Chaos deck then you would end up with the same results as the Pure Dragon deck. A deck only goes as far as the combinations that can be devised by its creator. Since you can conceive that one portion nor make correct and substantial associations to the decks you've only added more rhetoric to our discussion.
