It looks like your going for a fiend deck, are you?

The first thing you need to know about deck building is that a deck needs a theme(spellcaster, warrior, fiend, etc.), then other cards to support the theme.

kk, here we go tehre newbie, lets c if i can help you out

get rid of the field cars, they judt aren't worth it, and if you are going for fiend as your theme( see above post) then the kuriboh's should probably go

good fiend support includes: ha des (must have)
maybe archfiend soldier x2, (your call here)
possibly some darkworld cards


drop the pendant for smashing ground
put in skuretsu armors x3 for your traps
(most deck run seven traps

should prolly forget the ojama thing for now
take out the dragon
take out jar of greed

Yes, I'm trying a fiend one :) So, the theme should be Fiend with Fiend-supporting cards?

And what's a "darkworld" card? Should I keep the Penguin Soldier?

Drop the penguin and dark mimic for a morphing jar and a magician of faith. Looks okay i guess...can u check out my deck...its in my sig.

i would say no magician, darkworld cards have "darkwolrd" in their names

use rush recklessly over the nuzzler and try another smashing over the meta

Yeah..listen to jamal..i couldnt thin of anything at the time i was looking at it. Can u still look at my deck. Oh yeah.....play the magician....it help anytime.

im not trying to offend you or anything but all i hear about is theme this theme that. none of my decks every have themes in them and ive been county champion for thee years now. listin yugioh noob guy ( srry im to frustraded to look your name up right now) but you dont have to have a theme in your deck to become a strong duelist. like i said before, ive never used a theme deck and besides its not just what you got its how you use it.

um......ive been reading alot of posts on here and you guys do relize that mirror force is on the band list dont you?

You're going to have to edit that link out of your post, no advertising/off-site linking.

And county champion doesn't mean much.....win a Shonen Jump or Regionals or Nationals, and then people will pay attention.

As far as themes go, you do need one. Sure, you could throw in strong monsters and magic/trap cards with good effects, but you need things to flow together in order to work, hence a theme.

And Mirror Force is only limited to one, not banned all together.

(sorry, I don't usually post in the deck depot, but I was just looking through for some ideas for my younger cousins, and found this)
