I think there are a bit too many singles. You don't need to double up on everything but a few would definetly increase your odds of getting a useful card, but on the other side, increase your chances of drawing something useless. I would:
+1x The Warrior Returning Alive
+1x Maurading Captin
+1x Mystic Swordsman LV2
+1x Mirror Force
Any other additions you feel will increase your chances of using the core of your deck even if it doesn't "seem to fit" is advised. Thanks for the r/f btw.
I was thinking if it should come out or not. And to be honest, I'm not a big fan of it. But look at the cards around it. Mostly singles. Do you really think discarding cards where there is only 1 of in a deck is smart? There is only 1x Magician of Faith. No Mask of Darkness, and 1x Call of the Haunted/1x Premature Burial. The odds of drawing the right card at the right time when you're only playing 1/40 is very limited. And if it's late in the game chances are you used it to satisfy a previous opportunity. If he had doubles/triples of every (or most) cards I'd leave it in but you have to work with the numbers here. Numbers don't lie. -Nick
graceful charity is probably the best card in the game that isnt banned right now. they banned pot of greed because there is no downfall, yea you lose 2 cards with this but oh well it definitely speeds up the deck.
Like I said, I don't see it fitting in this deck. But, maybe I'm crazy. Maybe I just think to logically and look to numbers a bit too much. I keep forgetting how big a factor luck plays in a TCG. -Nick
PS: I don't play fast-paced decks, so my thoughts are always conservative. Maybe that's why I think like I do.
whoa you two calm down, you both make good points. convincing people nowadays to take out a charity is a pretty big feat but, as for now the charity stays in, i like it. speed is a factor i put into my decks. But mirror force is a little hard to come by so i will try an RoD instead for now. thanks for the advice
Me and balmung were just debating the importance of speed in a deck lol. Its true conservative deck styles dont like graceful but this deck needs it. And RoD is a fair replacement until you can get a mirror force.
Haha, yep I agree 100% with Blueeyespoizon. Ring of Destruction can (and will) be a major asset in this deck. Forward any problems with game play, to us. -Nick
