It would be better if you added in the Dark Eradicator Warlock... Because his effect is centered around the use of Magical Blast. It's at least 1200 damage per turn.

Also with Rapid Fire Magician, Mythical Beast Cerebus, and Skilled Dark Magician you could include [3] Toon Table of Contents and a Toon Cannon Soldier.

You might also want to try out Magical Mallet. There's a lot more you can do with this deck. Because, honestly, it looks like two Spellcaster's Judgment Structures thrown together with the exception of a few cards...

This is what I would attempt to build. You want to go heavy on the Normal Spell cards, which, with this build you can. There are plenty of routes you can choose to go, but this build is better than the one you have attempted. Which is indeed a composition of two Spellcaster's Judgment decks thrown together with added cards...

First, give your deck at least twelve hours before you bump it.

Now about the deck itself. The new banlist hits in two days, so drop Tsukuyomi and Snatch sTeal. Also drop the Marionette and one Magician of Faith and Dark Magic Attack. Add in a Dark Magicain of Chaos, Nobleman of Crossout, Brain Control and Chaos Command Magician. Overall, it is a pretty good spellcaster deck.
