good deck really i am trying to figure out a neos deck too and it doesnt compare to this deck. awesome

try adding in a scapegoat

I'm sorry but you can't make the deck. Currently from the anime there are about 10 Neo Spacians(Fusions NOT included). Currently there are only 3 which are realease. But to shoot even more holes in your dream, there are support cards which are nessasry to play this deck. It would be like playing an Exoida deck with out any cards to draw or thin your deck Or playing a Dragon deck with out any dragons O.o. But I commend you on trying to make one.

Nice deck but I do wonder why the E heroes at the end, I mean if u are baseing ur deck around Neospaciaens then why the heros I would rate this deck as a 7/10 please rate my deck and fix it if u see some things that need to be fixed

Hajime Saito: well i did make a neos deck even though it doesn't include the anime neos i am using the TCG ones witch makes it runable and if you coulden't tell it kinda revolves around elemental hero neos not the neo spacians right now because as i stated im tring to pull it off with what i have until strike of the neos is released but you cant blame me for trying

Neo Spacians are based aroung E Heros, hence Elemental Hero Neos. But give it time. In the next 2 sets you should see TONS of new cards. The Ulimate D Hero Bloo-d and even Neo Spacians like Gran Mole and Glow Moss.

Actually, Hajime...there are only 6 Neo Spacian monsters ever used/shown in the anime...one for each Attribute (similar to E. Heros)

Neo Spacian - Groun Mole (not out)
Neo Spacian - Glow Moss (not out)

...as well as a Fusion for each one (except for Air Hummingbird, which has yet to Contact Fuse with Neos)

As for the Deck itself...you should NOT try to make a big mix of Neos and E. Heros like the anime at all...they simply do not mix that well in real life like they anime...I suggest trying to stick with support for the Neo Spacians overall...

Why Rallis the Star Bird????? He is MAD weak and you should take out the E-Heros (except Flare, Dark, Aqua neos)

If you actaully watch the show, Rallis is used in Judai/Jaden's deck. Regarudless Neo Spacians + E Hero's = A deck which is over sized and wont work at the regional level.
