I am sure this has been covered. Can you use RCE and RS at the same time? If not, then why the hell does practically every Clix w/ RS have RCE?

No, sorry, you can't use rce with rs. I wish you could, that would be a great combo.

Its called diversity,you have the option to use RS to get into range and fire,or if you already have LOS you can use RCE to do some extra damage.

Okay, what about Charge and CCE? Can you combine that too? I was told that you could. Please tell me that I m being hosed too.

Nope, for the same reasons as RCE and RS. You can't use two power actions together like that.
