Add Compulsory Evacuation Device, you can use Sangan's effect to get an Exodia piece then put it back in your hand using CED.

umm sangan adds the cards to my hand already so what is the point of that

Yes this is a new deck idea i had in mind. It is designed to prevent the oppenent from doing much attacking and trap activating while i form my defenses and draw my pieces. If all else fails and i lose a piece to the graveyard, i have a second strategy to fall back on and that is using my exodia necrosses that can't be touched. I am up for ideas, so give me deck ratings and possible ideas. thanx

yea but then u get stuck with that thing in ur hand and you might not be able to do anything after that

Your deck doesn't care about destroying opposing monsters because Exodia's your win condition, not attacking.

Add:

3x Thunder Dragon
1x Pot of Avarice

Thunders are great in your deck. You can take advantage of him through your discard costs as well as tributing off Sangan or Emissaries to get their effects. It's great with POA as well. POA helps reuse fallen pieces as well as all your other searchers.

umm one problem with that what do you do when ur opponents got heavy attackers and you cant do anything about em. then what do you do thats what can be a big problem

I say add in a Toon Cannon Soldier/Cannon Soldier, so you can launch those flip monsters after you flip them. And to launch the searchers.
