This deck is poor, I know. But once I get some more techniques, I'll drop a few cards and re-post. Rates/Fixes are welcome.

Pretty good for a poor deck. I'd drop the Time Outs for some more Botan's Healing. By the way, I like the way you smoked that Onslaught guy before :p .

Time Outs are used so I can keep my opponents character alive whilst Hiei attacks to do the discarding top 2 cards effect..

not bad, I would use Hiei the Swordsman over the regular Hiei only because of his higher defense and effect. YOu Basicaly have the basis for a Urameshi deck, basically trim it down add to about 40 cards and some Tornado Fist and Alley fight For Eichiki. other than that 8/10

In that case you may want to add in M3 in your fifth slot (huge attack after all those discarded cards) instead of Genkai. Rose Whip Thornwheel and Slcie Dice and Incise should be added in too. 8.5/10

Slice Dice has never worked for me since its a High Cost for only one card. RWT is a major want of mine right now and if anyone has one then they need to contact me ASAP. m3 will be tested, you made a good point. Thanks, anyone else?
