You can never draw a line of fire to someone in stealth (unless you have Superman ally) and so cannot outwit. Even if they're based, you still can't draw LoF.

Yes, Stealth can be Outwitted. Any power can.

However, you must always draw LOF to use Outwit. If at anytime the LOF crosses hindering terrain (including the square the target is standing in!) LOF is blocked. Since LOF is blocked, you cannot Outwit that character.

Now, the venue/judge may have had some house rules pertaining to this, I don't know. If not, you got screwed....

Secondly, the judge of a marquee git the same prize as the Fellowship prize for running the event. Are you sure he took the Fellowship and not the Judge prize???

I found out the outwit thing last tournament and got my blackpanther hosed by mystique for trying to outwit her stealth.
This judge sounds like a bastard. Complain to wizkids if necessary. Maybe they'll reward you with an LE! I can't believe that this was a marquee and they did that.

Yeah, the bottom line is this:

If you have a figure with Stealth;
If that figure is on hindering terrain (either an object or some hindering terrain on the map)

Then nothing on your dial is Outwittable, ever. The end.
