Water and Fire!!!! I know nature and fire are the best to use but i like water because it has good blockers

Why are you assuming that everyone only uses two Civilizations in their decks? If you mean which are the best overall, then my vote goes to Water and Darkness. Fire is a distant third followed by Nature and Light.

My two strongest decks are water and dark, both mono civilization decks.

I play several civilization in my decks but I agree with Thrash_494. Dark and Water rock!!!!!!!!!!!!
