Vamp is sick but yea cybers and monarchs are whats needed. Maybe take out POA for confiscation, 2 rushes is good for me.

Thats what i have done so far and i must say IFL is the shiz.

-1 exiled force(its too risky in points but a good 1-1 card)
+anything high attack

The points of exiled force dont matter at all, i would never use it to attack... Plus i use 2 with last will.
