This doesn't quite have the feel of a hand control deck unless you were running Thestalos instead of Zaborg....here's a thought to toy around with.
-2 Drop offs
+2 Final Attack Orders
I don't have the best luck with continuous trap cards, especially since I rarely draw them when I need them. However I did put Final Attack Orders under heavy consideration.
As for why I went for Zaborg instead of Thestalos, I merely needed extra field control. Thestalos is good, but Zaborg can guarantee a direct attack if my opponent has only 1 monster (and properly summoned of course).
Not to repeat an idea, but Final Attack Orders would work very well alongside all of your position-switchers. And Light of Intervention works well with that, so you may want to consider it as well. That may be too many traps though... Curse of Anubis, then? Nah, way too many (laughs).

Actually I have a couple of Light of Interventions in my deck in case my opponent plays defensively after the first game. I want to add a couple of Final Attack Orders to my deck, but I use about half my switch-position monsters before I can draw a Final Attack Orders card, for example. Thanks for the comments however.

Solemn Judgment
Cut the Drop Offs, they only work when you are winning. Cut the random Solemn, it's good, but not in your deck. Drop Guard penalty, there's no need to thin your deck, so drop both. Drop one Goblin Attack Force as well.
- 6
Add in 1 final attack orders and 2 Royal Decree to keep pesky traps off your back. Your deck attacks, A LOT, so you NEED decree.
+3
Add in 1 Big Bang Shot and one Mobius the Frost Monarch to punish defenders and kill off anything that could hurt you.
+2
Finally, add in one copy of Mystic Wok to gain huge amounts of Life Points and recover from any offensive swings. You don't want to activate this card until your opponent is wasteing a resource to get rid of it or a monster on your field. Chain to heavy, ring, sak, mirror force, smashing, etc. This card's underlooked. Use it.

Add in one Pot of Avarice to reuse your resources. Makes up for guard penalty's draw power as well. Yes, I am aware this makes it 41 cards. Like I said, you're not trying to draw into anything.

Monkeychild - OUT
Thanks for your help. You made some good suggestions, and I especially like the Mystic Wok. I'll add some of the cards you've suggested in my next build with the same concept.
