the deck looks great

im just surprised you were able to run a horus deck w/o Decree, usually dragons rely on cards like those

Congratualations, I'm glad you did so well! Your deck does look strong indeed, though why no Stamping Destruction cards? I am suprised at that. I might try a Level Up too, but it looks like you might not need it.

I can't really see any fixes or anything so here's your rate, 9/10 :). Would you rate/fix the deck in my sig? If you don't know much about Elemental Heroes you could still give it a rate.

i just had to check out your dragon deck lol. id give it a 8/10 very nice dragon deck. how well does pot of avrice work in your deck. could come in handy to replenish masked dragons/troop dragons.
if you want to c what i use its the top deck in my deck list down there. the FHD horus deck.

The deck is pretty solid 9/10.

Why dont use Twin Headed Behemot or a Kiser Glider?

And whit the side deck you know ciber-Stein is banned?

kiser glider is not needed in this deck but twin headed behamuth would help imo.

Well, this build was the one that was used a month before Cyber Stein was banned - 11/18/06. Other than that, I appreciate the comments. A lot of people were looking forward to this build, though there were some that felt that it was going to scrub.

Since then, Fifth Dragon netted another x-2 Regional finish, this time with 2 copies of Lord of D. in the Side Deck. Now that Stein is banned, I'm working on a build effective enough to turn heads at SJC Orlando.

book of moon/e. controller (just good for stopping attacks and letting horus destroy)
my body as a shield x2 (saves you from exiled and zaborg)
royal decree x2 (stops all those pesky trap cards)
giant trunade/stamping destruction x2 (s/t destructions)

I really think that Royal Decree would slow the deck down, but thats just me.

Great Deck phenom. Other than the sideboard needing to be re-constructed, i can't see any what to improve it.
