Some Notes:
-Lava Golem is a solid 2-for-1 when used with Compulsary Evacuation Device, Penguin Soldier or Mysterious Guard. On top of that, the opponent now knows that you've got the equivalent of an Exiled Force in your hand; something that wrecks player's choices.
-Mystic Swordsman lvl 2 is another mind trap in that if they turtle they'll lose their monster and if they attack I'll likely have a response. Snipe Hunter, Drillroid and Asura Priest all have similar functions.
-Mirror Wall can help Hydrogeddon take down things that Rush and Controller can't. Monarchs for example.
-The problem with Monarch decks is that they don't like to keep topdecking those monarchs without a treeborn waiting for 'em. Mysterious Guard helps with that, in addition to being a solid -1 it can also tech warriors or be used alongside a warrior in order to get another bounce effect as well. It also works in conjunction with Lava Golem.
-Wave Motion Cannon is passive S/T kill in that they either waste a card to destroy it or it kills/maims them. WMC is also a nice way to steal games from advantage driven players.
-The deck ratio of 21:14:7 or 3:2:1 is supposed to aid in getting better opening hands in that I'm statistically likely to draw three monsters, two spells and one trap. This is roughly true of what the cards do as well.
-DDV has few targets in this deck, and is likely to hit only one non-Sangan, Non-Night Assailant cards, thereby making DDV a -1 for the opponent unless chained to removal. Six targets, of a (likely) 5 card hand and field, plus two or three draws. Game 2 several lower attack cards get side decked in favor of Survivors, so they are event less likely to break even.
That looks like a great deck scapegoatboy. Mirror Wall is a very nice addition, it's the closest thing we have to Shrink which rules the game in Japan. Something I would suggest is a Magic Cylinder in addition to the CEDs in case you can't return your Lava Golem, but can be better served by not destroying him. I have no idea what to take out for that though. There's not much I can see that I'd fix or change.

The fact that Penguin Soilder is an "up to" ability it makes it eaiser for you to get by ... sometimes you run into cards you just don't want to bounce, like a Zaborg or Mobius if they have treeborn in the grave, or a breaker ... the fact Mysterious Gaurd is a must ability i feel might hinder the decks ability
Besides that not much, i feel that it might be a nice thought to fit in a zaborg or exiled or even smashing somewhere to help you out more against Monarch decks besides just relying on bounce
Since you looked at my deck I'm returning the favor. Overall the deck looks really good and honestly any fixes from me are actually all suggestions...
Here's what I think:
Mysterious Guard...honestly I don't think his extra effect is that reliable because you don't have that many warrior type monsters. I count only 4 maindecked. I agree with blkaznguy4 that you should try out some Penguin Soldiers.
Also maybe consider using some Forced Backs they will aid with many things (Monarchs, Exiled Force, Jinzo) and it still provides the bounce back you'd want.
Hello ^.^ I really like your deck it's seem to have card for everything.
I see that you have ninja grandmaster sasuke. I would replace him with Elemental Hero Wild Heart, since you have a rota in your deck it will give you one more option to think about.
The reason is because you already have Drillroid and Mystic Swordsman lvl 2 which should help keep that tech going well. With Wildheart you will be able to attack with out worries most of the time.
If not Wildheart, monster like Mirage dragon, or Pitch black warwolf. Well I hope I help a bit.

The main reason that this deck is running Mysterious Guard is because the Guard is a flip effect that adds one monster from their field to their deck and possibly takes another.
I'm not 'counting' on triggering it's second effect, but it is simply gravey.
As for Penguin Soldier, I'm running a searchable copy and a Night Assailant with which I could bring it back. However, if an opponent runs over a Mysterious Guard they get a solid -1 and I know what they are going to draw. If they attack into a Penguin it just puts me in a bad situation.
Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke is in there because of his slightly higher attack and searchability. That said, I've been giving some thought to the Warwolf lately. I'll test it.

looks solid, i'll agree Cylinder sounds good. Book seems like it could be something better, even tho you have the flippers, you don't have much defense, so chances are they'll get run over before ever becoming floaters long enuff for you to draw Book, as for it semi being another Controller i could see but even then a third Controller might be better.

Higher Defense points and good attack power too.... Also, if you main deck Messenger of Peace he'd be a good 1300 attacker that way as well...
looks like a good deck... i agree on putting cylinder in. i can think of only 2 other cards 2 possibly add in. draining shield might be good, considering ur only allowed 1 cylinder. id think of adding a dark world card, golld is sillva, as they have alright effects, and come out for free with snipe hunter/gracefull charity. either wsy, i give you 97% on this deck. can you please rate mine 2?

You have no idea how many times I've been down that path. No idea.
The reasoning is that most players go aggro with Cyber Dragon. If I bounce their dragon to the top of their deck then they can just Special summon it at a later date and I still have to deal with whatever else they've got on the field.
Mysterious Guard can absorb one attack and return a different monster to their deck or possibly bounce a second monster to the hand.
On a side note, I've created a void with regards to Messenger of Peace in my local area. I've got 18 foil copies covering to full pages in my binder. I appreciate it a lot and it may become a side deck main stay.
Thundertay, Summoned Skull does indeed rock.
That said, Snipe Hunter doesn't trigger dark world monsters. A while back I was thinking of running this deck with a dark base and Strike Ninja and utilizing Dimension Wall as a few extra copies of Cylinder.

But if One of the monster is a floater (monarchs) then its a -1 for you
Plus Lava golem is kind of sitional (spelling?) compare to Exiled
Also Topdecking Lava Golem is bad
But if you keep Lava Golem then
-2 Creature Swap
+2 Brain Control
This deck is teching Lava Golem over Exiled Force for the following reasons:
-Lava Golem is a 1-for-1 by itself, but when combined with a bounce card it becomes a 2-for-1.
--> The Lava Golem is then in your hand, thus allowing you to get another 1-for-1 trade later.
-If the bounce card is used on the opponent's turn, or if there was no bounce card it adds 1000 damage to the equation.
--> On that note, Lava Golem is also an Alternate Win Condition along with Wave Motion Cannon and the rest of the burn in this deck.
-The Golem can also be stolen and used to beat on the opponent. After clearing out the opponents' two best monsters the opponent will rarely have another ready to defend with, thus a swing for 3000 and another 1ooo during their stand-by.
In summary, the Golem has a greater potential pay-off than Exiled Force. It is a Combo card, but given that about a forth of the deck (1o cards) is dedicated to the abuse of Lava Golem (2 cards or one 21st of the deck), it is rarely an issue.

thanks for the ideas on my deck... any suggestuions on the sideboard let me know... any whoo the deck looks solid I have been on the recieving end of lava golem before and i can see there power... that bieng said... i have to suggest either dimentional wall or magic cilinder (crap i cant spell today) becasue it supports your theme
