it is alright but try these suggestions

Enemy Controller is better, if my opponent gets a Jinzo out I can atleast stop it's atk and possibly destroy it the next turn.

ya but jinzo is not that big of a threat, this metagame is all about field pressence

+Smashing Ground or Bottomless Trap Hole

Jinzo allows the field presence, as long as he's out, I can't Mirror Force, Sak, Torrential, Ring, or anything, which can screw me over, believe me, I've played this type of deck with Jinzo in mine and won because Jinzo did that.

Aqua, the Tomatoes provide a monster on the field to make it somewhat easier for me to summon a Monarch.

Last Will combos great with this deck, since I have 6 tributes + Jinzo, and I usually tribute my Frog for my Monarchs.

2 Exiled with 6 tributes is bad, that's why I use Snipe Hunter, he has great potential to do the same thing Exiled does and more.
