Side deck 2 More Macro Cosmos and 2 or 3 Grand Convergance, this will allow you to side you Exiled Force round 2. It can eailsy turn your field in to a hell hole with D.D. Survivor.
Hajime Saito, I appreciate your opinion but look at what your suggesting critically.
Your telling me to take out 4-5 slots in my side deck so I can side INTO what my deck already does. This also give me at least 5 cards then in my main which are completely useless once I have 1 of them out. Grand Convergence, while a great fun card is WAY too situational for the long hauls of tournament dueling.
With the 3 Fissure and only 1 Macro Cosmos, I'm running 4 cards to combo with my D.D. Survivor, which is already bad enough for top decking.
1 last thing is that with Gadgets out their, every draw is gonna count, and side decking properly for them is a must.
Once again, I appreciate your comment. Every comment makes me think about the decks inner working even more.
Drop these 5 since they really sever no purpose in the deck:
1 Don Zaloog
2 Stealth Bird
1 Wave-Motion Cannon
For 2 Macro Cosmos and 2 Grand Convergance. I was going to run this at the last regionals. I was going to make 3 Macro and 2 Grand Convergance, then in the 2nd round I'd side them for 3 Dimensional Fissure.

ummm, I can't agree. Don Zaloog and Stealth Bird are amazing against gadgets. With the TCG lacking Shield Crush, gadgets have all the faceup removal in the world, but have a tough time dealing with face down monsters. Stealth bird provides me with some decent defense, burn damage(which also helps once time is called) and dodges the likes of Smashing Ground, Fissure, Hammer Shot and all their Traps.
Don Zaloog is another great SET vs. gadgets. Thhey either have to wait for their Cyber dragon cards to get through it, waste the advantage with Snipe Hunter to get past it or attack it, lose a card and then have to waste another card destroying it.
Wave-Motion Cannon is a great card against stall decks, burn decks and a utiliy card in time matches. It also serves as a way to draw out S/T removal.

Stealth Bird isnt' an Anti-Gadget card. It's a burn card, thats about it. As for Don Zaloog, you're not taking in to account that the US Gadget decks are flooded with near pointless cards but the only reason why it's accpected is because it can easily deal with monster removal. Your set Don Zaloog is going to work once and only once. In addition since you're only running one along with Wave Motion Cannon they will never live up to their usfulness. If you want an Anti Gadget card try running Card Destrution and since you're already running Dimension Fusion, most Gadget decks are going to be put out of comision form that alone, you already have the upper hand about 60% of the time.
Explain how in world, stealth bird can't be used as an anti-gadget card??? Yes it burns, which is a great bonus. Some cards have more than one use.
Also, I'll take your point that Don Zaloog will only work once, but once they've hit it, it'll sit there and absorb Fissures and Smashings. I've alreadt tested this online quite a bit against some of the best duelists in the country. It does work.
Card Destruction while nice, hurts me more than it will hurt my opponent. I get no benefit from it at all, since I DON'T run Return from the Different Dimension or Dimension Fusion. Now if I'm lucky enough to ditch 1 or both Scout Planes, I might get something.
1.) The reason why Stealth Bird isn't an Anti Gadget card is because you can't prove that is. Legenday Jujitsu Master would prove a better choice of being an Anti Gadget.
2.) You can always side deck Card Destrution and put in 2 D.D. Scout Plane to work your opponent over, but even then its still situational.

Why would it? Your now suggesting cards that follow the same logic your using to debunk cards like Don Zaloog. I'll get the effect once, then it'll die.
at least with Stealth Bird (which I've tested extensively) I will more than likely get the effct off multiple times, make them waste an attack plus a card to get rid of it, and finally, serves the function of burning as well. I can prove that it works since I've made it work.
***EDIT***
I found out that 42 cards doesn't work as well in this build. I cut 1 Enemy Controller to bring it down to 41, which was much better.
You're saying Stealth Bird is an Anti Gadget card. How so? It's effect only activates if it is flipped summoned. Then to top things off its effect deals effect damage. So using your logic on why Stealth Bird is a Anti Gadget card, all of the metagames other with similar effects and stats to Stealth Bird would be anti-gadget cards? Wrong. For a card to be Anti anything it has to demote the decks main theme, for Gadget it would have to be the contorl of your opponents hand, being D.D. Desginator is a perfect choice NOT Stealth Bird.
As for Don Zaloog, it has a 1400 attack which either the same or will have a 100 to 200 differnce over the Gadgets, with cards like Rush Recklessly and Mirror Wall being used, Don Zaloog will be bitting his own bulletts at the end of the turn. Don Zaloog is a good card, dont get me wrong, but with your deck swinging towards the mass removal of monsters and the abillity to bring specfic ones back over and over again, Don Zaloog fits nowhere in to the equation. You'd be much better off droping the Don Zaloog and main deck 1 D.D. Designator, which will end your opponents chances of running you over with the Gadgets.
PS: None of the cards in a Gadget deck are wasted, if the user builds on correcly (check the deck depot for some of the ones TLK, TKwiget, my self and a few others have posted) you'll see that your set monster wont really mean to much of anything when its destoryed from Snipe Hunter. So i'll go right ahead and attack your set Stealth Bird, and lose 300~500 damage and I'll go right ahead and play Smashing Ground and thats the end of your only "ante gadget" card.

LOL, wow who are you playing?? This logic just seems ridiculous to me. I'll explain this concept one more time. Gadgets have problems with face down monsters!!! If they want to waste that advantage they get with Gadgets with a snipe Hunter so be it.
I ran this deck today, wen't 7-1 and won my local, and I don't play in a crappy meta either. Stealth Bird was the king against gadgets. First off they have no direct answers for it, the only answers a decent gadget deck has are 2-3 Snipe Hunter (which isn't fool proof and wastes their advantage) and that 1 Nobleman of Crossout. Add the burn damage on top on me making them waste thier Sakus and Widespreads on my Survivors makes for some fun games on my part.
I can see you point on Don Zaloog, while it did OK for me today it wasn't game breaking and I think I will take it out of the side. Any ideas on waht to replace it with?? I also think I will remove 1 Des Wombat to better secure my side deck.

1.) Quit looking at our metagame and take a look at the OCG metagame. You'll see that Gadgets easliy destroyed Chaos Contorl. Now to actually take the gadget deck to the next level the creator has to beat what the OCG built and most players still think you need old Chaos Contorl cards in your Gadget deck which is quite wrong.
2.) "Stealth Bird was the king against gadgets" = Luck!
Now dont get your hopes on your 7-1 vicotry, I went 8-0 with my water deck at a local then went to pastimes and got destoryed. Stealth Bird doesn't stop the theme of a Gadget deck, all it does is burn, if thats the case you might as well play Lava Golem (which isn't a bad idea in general) and Wave Motion Cannon.
3.) Run D.D. Degesignator, that is the key card which can easily maul over Gadgets like it does Exodia. Even Chain Desturiton which proves worth while against alot of your opponents 2K or lower mosnters which is nice in nearly any aggerssive deck.

Why the hell would I give a crap about the OCG meta...I don't live in Japan, I'm not planning on visiting Japan, and we don't have half the cards from Japan. So screw that meta...it means nothing to the TCG. You should know that.
Stealth Bid was not luck, though if you did go 8-0 with a water deck, congrats, must have been some crappy noobs playing E-Heros. Then you saw how good your deck was once you went to Pastimes. As I said, my meta ain't crappy. I play with 6 '07 National qualifiers, 2 SJC top 8 competitors, and multiple regional t 8's. That's pretty damn good for a 20 person local.
I'd rather run Mind Crush and Trap Dustshoot over D.D. Designator. At least it's chainable and can be used on my opponents turn.

They all go to the kid? Maybe I might start going there on saturdays.
