You listed Spirit Reaper twice in Chapters II and III. There isn't much difference in the three builds. Chapter II has Dreadmaster and Clock Tower Prison and III has Dark City. 2 of 3 have Malicious at 3 and all of them have Dasher, Diamond Dude, and Fear Monger at 3. Do they run really differently? I would have to see them in action to really get a feel for the differences.

Why no Dogma or Doom Lord in any of the 3? Will they make it into IV?
