Traditional decks are not my forte, but I'll give it a shot.

I'm not sure if combining both Ancient Gear and Cyber Dragon is a good idea, but if it works well, then great. Perhaps take out Sakuretsu Armor for Ring of Destruction to add in more direct damage. Instead of Stop Defense I would put in Monster Reborn and Change of Heart. And I would take out Big Bang Shot and one Ojama Trio or Bottomless Trap Hole for Pot of Greed and Graceful Charity. With 14 Machines I would definitely put in Future Fusion, and a Chimeratech Over Dragon, as well as some other Fusions for Cyber Stein like Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon, Master of Oz, Gatling Dragon, stuff like that.

I hope I was some help, would you take a look at my deck and R/F it for me? I'm probably not experienced enough with Traditional Format to give an accurate rating.
