Widespread is better than Sak Armour. It doesn't Target, and rapes Phoenix stall if it happens.
I'd Drop a Sniper Hunter for a Sangan or a Reaper. Three just seems overkill.
I'd trip up on Dustshoot over the Bottomless, too. Dustshoot is just good.

I hate to use this word but only a noob would use the boot-up soldier guy in a good gadget deck
