For an actual fix, don't run a 45 card deck that isn't gadgets, that's bad Yugimonz.

By experience (having been running Germs for 5 years):

With Germs, you need 42-43 cards to avoid bad draws constantly.
WIth Germs and Momongas, you need 43-45.

An option would be to cut the Momongas but I prefer to keep them in.
Just fix it as a 45 card deck.

All of the above don't contribute to Lava Golem / Burn aspect that the title says you were going for.

The title said Lava Golem, NOT burn.

Lava Golem is either used for burn with stall (using cards like Tomato, Frog, Germ)

-or to take him over with one of my Brain Controls, Snatch, Creature Swap e.t.c. in Combination with Cyber, Necrofear, Metamorphosis, United We stand, for an OTK.

-or to get rid of Nasty Monsters (Jinzo, Card Trooper, Flip Monsters, Fusions, Rituals, Swarming Monsters, Searchers...) and then gain card advantage through Lava Golem + Compulsory.

It's a better version of a deck I was running 2 years ago. At that time, I noticed the great Synergy between bounce cards and Lava Golem. With all the new cards we got, I built this from it.

Unfortunately, Ojama Trio gives me -1 cards and my opponent +3 cards. Also, it's a bad topdeck and provides no form of advantage by itself. It also stopps me from attacking.

I used to run Wheel, but it's just too easily destroyed and other cards like Compulsory are more stable as they are chainable.

In a lava golem deck i used to run, it worked quite nicely to stall to get the cards you need, or just stall/burn with golem.

I know you said it isnt a stall burn deck, but it may still work.
