Machine beatdown in gadget decree style. Here the troopers, dekoichi and phoenixes generate the draws instead of the gadgets (but I guess you guys know what machine beatdown is :p) while shutting out traps and getting rid of whatever monsters the opponent commits to the field with full sets of decree, smashing, fissure and shrink. Limiter and double dupli are aggressive choices. The monster line-up, apart from the normal 14 choices (sangan, phoenix, cydra, dekoichi, trooper and jinzo) also uses 3 reflect bounders, which are a solid choice in a deck like this. being denied access to a lot of removal opponents are often forced to take the damage, only to lose their monsters next turn. That's assuming they have something that gets over bounder to begin with. And Heavy mech is just great with all of these guys. Bounders go over opposing cydra's, cydra's go over monarchs etc, and if you get off cydra + heavy mech, you will Either get to keep your cydra or your opponent will waste 3 cards to get rid of your two. Not to mention the wonderful plays this achieve with limiter. This deck achieves major overkill. Fun to play.
This probably won't be much help -.- but maybe you could add in Compulsory Evacuation Device because if you use it on Cyber Dragon while using Limiter Removal you could send him back to your hand then use his effect to summon him again.
THANK YOU B.B. FOR USING REFLECT BOUNDER! I use the hell out of him and everytime someone sees it they are like appauled at the fact Ive touched it, lol. PEOPLE ITS A MACHINE!!! that CAN hold of an attack!! lol anyway I think its an overall good deck only issue I see is the royal decrees. you have nothing to protect you from an onslaught other than shrink and limiter.. so yeah.. anyways Im a trap fan so you can always disregard, lol.
this is amazing i am currently using bounder in three in my current deck. he is amazing. my deck is something like yours, but i use 3 steam roids for a beater that is a lot of fun
The only problem I see in the deck is a possible conflict between Cyber Phoenix and Heavy Mech. It's probably a minor one, though, and not very common. Kudos for even considering using Heavy Mech, though, let alone actually doing so. I've found him quite useful in the past. :)
I couldn't use this deck myself, as I hate Card Trooper with a burning passion, but I see a promising future for this deck. The only thing I could see changing is the lack of defensive measures attack-wise. All you have are the 3 Shrink and Limiter Removal, and Limiter wipes your monsters afterwards. You did say it was supposed to be a Gadget-esque build, but would you consider Enemy Controller or possibly even just a Mirror Force?
It doesn't really need the defense, it clear the field, attacks heavily, and when you take the retaliation, with 9 of my 19 monsters, you get a card on top. 3 shirnks can double as saku's here if I do need it though. Toyed around with it last night and its not half bad. except that one game against xav where I could draw a monster for 15 turns :s
Decree on the other hand keeps ME from running into torrentials and mirrors that could thwart my plans.
The build looks efficient. I like how Machine Duplication isn't such a dead card in this deck because you're running Heavy Mech Support Platform.
I'd drop the copy of Mystical Space Typhoon and one Fissure and add in a Future Fusion and Overload Fusion. Synergizes with Card Trooper as well. Nothing is as nice as a quick 8000 attack Chimeratech for game.

funny you should say that, I play it exactly like that, except I took out nobleman and fissure for them :p
