Trap Hole.

If the ATK of a monster summoned by your opponent (excluding Special Summon)
is 1000 points or more, the monster is destroyed.


Other "trap hole" kind of cards (bottomless) say it includes flip-summoned monsters, but this doesn't. I think you can, but Trap Hole doesn't say you can use it on flip-summoned monsters.

What is the ruling?

Yes you may activate Trap Hole in response to the flip summon of a monster with 1000 attack and above unless it is Jinzo or something of the like.
