Evening, Realmers.

Welp, been a while since I actually posted a deck or anything. So, after a weak 3rd place finish as a local tournament tonight that decided to use the new Forbidden/Limited list last minute, I figured I'd post what I took and see what every one else thinks.

Disclaimer: I've only purchased roughly six 'Phantom Darkness' boosters, and the last booster set before it that I purchased more that 10 of was 'Enemies of Justice', so please no laughing at the fact that some of these cards are a million years old.

Yes, this deck is all over the place, hence the title 'Murky Waters'. It's like a puddle. At it's core, it is Aqua-Themed and protected, but with little elements thrown in from all over.

I had no intentions of playing, just wanted to spend the night trading/observing. Yet, some little punk emo-brat was picking on some new player saying that unless you started playing/collecting years ago and had an up-to-date deck, you had no chance of winning. I knocked him out in round two, so I was happy just there. I did get a pack of 'Gladiator's Assault' as a runner's up prize, so I'm now looking into these Gladiator monsters.

Anyways, enough chit-chat. Thanks for taking a look, plus for any advice.

I'm not an expert at Aqua-based Decks, but here are some Aqua cards that you may need:

the reasoning behind my suggestion is to always have a big beater on the field; can handles monarchs with ease. Spell Repro gets back ALO, and if you ever need to clear the field, Daedalus. Summoner's Art searches for Giga or Salmon; WOA for ALO. Thought about adding a Spiral Serpent/Trade-In engine, but that remains up to you.
