Blue thunders would help for defense, but as it summons tokens it would destroy most of my field control, however might take into account that it might be a good switch for the proto-cyber dragon.
How would Tokens destroy your Field Control? You would gain Field advantage if anything.
There aren't too many cards that can generate 1500atk tokens w/no side effect.
to me my field control is being able to use what i have on the field, the tokens would help loads if it werent for the fact that they aren't tributable, so i'd only have a few ways of getting rd of them for my better monsters have them killed or torrential, and i dont like to do either so to me its bad for my field control.
Being able to tribute for a bigger monster won't always give you field advantage.
I understand what your saying but lets say you tribute for Mobius. Your opponent activates Rug, Bottomless or any monster removal. You have just lost 2 Monsters and want you want, field advantage.
Thunder gives your opponent another threat to deal with. If Phoenix is on the field, guess what? no targeting either.
I'm not saying that you have to run Thunder, it all depends on your Meta of course.
On another note, why the lone Proto? Your not running Power Bond?
I see a bit of what your saying now I think I will add him in then.
I had a proto in there for fusions, but I found that fusions with this deck take much to long so I took out my Over, Future, and Power.
