Multi-arrow/powers question.

Let's say that I have a V Ultron and I do a multiple-arrow shot. Do I have the option of doing 2 EE's and one regular damage attack, or do they all have to be one way or the other? I can probably guess the answer but I have a really vague recollection that you could do something like that.

I believe you underestimate my sneakiness.
