When my friends and I play Dungeon usually we play some sort of classical chamber music to set the mood. But when it comes to Rebellion is all industrial.

Probably obvious, but the Conan the Barbarian soundtrack is probably the ultimate MK-R or -D theme music, especially the remastered version that carries additional music that is substantial and not just frill stuff.
Also, Gladiator works well. King Crimson's "Lizard" from the "Lizard" CD builds suspensefully during a dungeon crawl...
usually when im playing Dungeons, all i can think about is "Why didn't i go to the bathroom before this started?", hmmm... maybe i can turn that into a song?:D
