The Archers fire as a formation. 12 attack for 3 damage at 14 inches is dangerous. The Lancer stays with them to help if they get based. The Imp does it's job, base an enemy, let me move into range, and break away. If he dies, no big deal.
This army is quite cool! I've seen Eldritch doing his thing, and he's surprising effective.
My only suggestion would be downgrading the L. Bows to * which gets you 12 pts for a Shade*. For my the L. Bows are going to be shooting really anyway, so they're not going to get bombed from far off for 4 and die, but it's really more a personal preference.
Another option might be dropping one L.Bow to * and the other to ** and using the 9 extra points to make your Lancer a Nightmare Reaper***. Again, a personal preference.
the only problem I see is that the longbow* have very few clicks of life and could possibly be killed before you got a chance to heal them. I dont know if the ** ones are that much healthier though.
