now should i down grade to get in imps and shades or leave it plese help

You need to be very carefull with those Snipers, they're very fragile. The 12" range is great but it doesn't take much to bring them down a lot. One solid Ram and they get very close to being wasted points.

I would downgrade the snipers and priestess all to blue to free up 12 points and add a shade.

it is true that the snipers are fragial but with mending pristess behind them (MH and shared defence) tey are a bit stronger

but also wouldn't you have to move away from the snipers in order to use MH because it is a ranged attack thus leaving them even more in trouble

You may use Magic Healing while in base contact, as long as neither the healer nor the target are in base contact with an opposing figure...

False sense of security... As Druss said , you should be REALLY careful when maneuvering those snipers.
Other than that , I see no big problems in your army , except maybe the lack of harrassers/blockers. :-\

EDIT: Maybe you should follow 42up's advice and add a shade*.

The red version of the mending is not the most cost-effective, the blue one is better so I recommend the downgrade of that one

Also Downgrade one wood to an * and add a shade*.

With the rest of the points you can use a PODO... :-)

good army but u should put all ur snipers on top of mountains then it would b fun or put him in a swamp
