In follow up of the "no place to go" thread, I'd like to ask another question.
When you put a chest at the end of a hallway and out of the chest pops two magespawn. Where do you have to put them. The chestopener (and maybe other hero's coming after the first) are blocking all the space...
I hope you understand the question and if not the following 'picture' makes it a little bit more understandable.

Where do u put the MS when disarming the trap failed ?
The MS will only be able to come out in the square were the chest ocupies. So if yo uhave to choose multiple MS only one can go there, So if you had to put 2 @ 60 points, first you pick the MS then place to only one you can, the other goes back as if it didn't even exsist. My advice in this situation , if you are the one placeing the MS, is to pick on weak on e and one strong, and put the strong one into the space.
As Blackjester said, though keep in mind that if the trap is sprung while trying to disarm, the treasure chest is still on the board so a MS can't go in that square. You could end up in a situation where a trap is set off but no monsters can even be placed!
The dungeons rules just say that monsters from traps follow the same rules as tokens. The rules for converting tokens are:
Quote
Replace the token with the first Mage Spawn. Place the second Mage Spawn in a square adjacent to the first Mage Spawn, the third Mage Spawn adjacent to the first or second Mage Spawn, and so on. Mage Spawn may be placed in squares diagonal to each other. If a Mage Spawn cannot be placed according to these criteria, it cannot be played and must be returned to the pool.

I think the more important question is, "How did the chest get there to begin with?" In placing chests at the start of a game, you must have at least three open squares in its front arc. That chest only has one--unless it was dropped by a dying hero and reset, it should never have been placed there.

The chest needs *at least one* open square in its front arc, it will have a max of three. A chest cannot be placed such that it has no square in its front arc.
