How can this work, no range and MF? I like the piece but this just doesn't make sense.... if anyone knows something about this please help...

WizKids has already announced that the figure was misprinted and has 10" range.

In the WizKids site's figure gallery it mentions that some of these figures were misprinted with zero range, that it should be 10", and that it WILL be erata'd in the next revision. There is no errata for this yet available to the public.
